SERVIMAR is specialized in the activities of:
- Aparthotel Aguadulce: Hotel activity (lodging and breakfast)
- Servimar Cleaning Company : Cleaning of fairs and offices.
We understand the quality like the instrument of management by which the activities are planned and developed, so that it is obtained:
the fulfilment of the established legal requirements in the activity that we develop
the fulfilment of our clients specifications throughout all the service provision, obtaining in this way satisfied clients, that is our company main objective.
A better work organization that allows a greater satisfaction of our employees obtaining for them a better quality of life so that reconciling family and professional life.
Suppliers satisfaction by means of suitable communication channels.
In order to obtain this, we understand it is fundamental the implantation and development of a Quality Management System that allows us to provide a service:
Adapted to the necessities of the clients by meanings of being in close cooperation with them, as well as to our information and advising service.
A high quality service thanks to our control labour developed by a highly qualified human equipment, involved with the objectives of the company.
To fulfil the current norm and the specifications established by our company.
The instilled Quality Management System promotes the systematic application of the continuous improvement on the realization of our activities, as follows:
the necessity to plan the activities to develop thoroughly
to do them according to what has been decided
to verify the results comparing them with the already planned
correcting when necessary initiating again the cycle of the continuous improvement.
As pillars of this Policy of Quality the following principles are formulated:

SERVICE COMPETITIVITY. To achieve a good relation between service and its price. In order to obtain it there are a series of facilities that fulfil the norm that applies to our activity, as well as some clear and exhaustive specifications of how to provide the service, known by all our friendly and qualified staff, as well as their collaboration whenever they are required. In order to achieve this the optimum selection of professionals, products, materials and equipment is necessary with a optimal quality-price relation, as well as the continuous improvement of the processes and the non quality expenses
In order to obtain the fulfilment of these Quality Policy principles, the Direction promotes the employees´ firm conviction of the Quality System advantages as the better way to develop the activities correctly and to maintain the degree of participation of the personnel in the activities related to the Quality and the search of improvements.
In order to develop these basic principles, the Direction formulates, specific Quality Objectives for certain departments and/or activities every year, that will be always measurable and coherent with such as Quality Policy and the principles formulated in it and carries out the follow-up of them verifying their fulfilment.
Enterprise declaration
Direction assumes its executive responsibility in the development of this Policy of Quality, in its communication and understanding at all the organizational levels, equipping with all the necessary means for its Management Quality System to cover the clients expectations and the established Objectives of Quality.
In addition, the application of the present Management Quality System is compulsory declared, and is properly established, implanted and maintained as of today at all the human and productive levels.
